This free package is based on a 10 our service.

If more hours are required, this will be clearly communicated.

- Price prognose construction service.

- 3D lay-out design possibilities.
- Materialization boards.
- Custom cabinet design.

Presentation in the showroom
​
- Start tile-plan and detail calculation.
- Arranging the shipments and planning for the tiles, cabinets and faucets.

Realization service
​
- Contracting, price and responsibility mediation with all the executive specialists.
- Scheduling the full construction proces.
- Construction supervision.
​
The hourly rate for the realization service will be calculated based on the responsibility's and complexity of the project.

CUSTOM FURNITURE, CABINET AND CLOSET DESIGN

Steps within the proces
- Free Intake 45- 60 minutes
Within this intake we will make first sketches within the floor-plan, we are also able to show all different fineer, wood and luxury pull-cast options.
​
From this point we are able to give a first price prognose.
If the calculated forecast fits within the cliënts budget and is approved, we start with the design proces.
​
The first deposit invoice of 25% is sent based on the forecast.
​
- Requirement plan.
Style and material finishes, storage needs, walk-in closet options, construction completion date.
- We will be taking the measurements on location.
- Pull-cast style.
- Inbuilt lightning possibilities.
- 3D closet design.

Presentation in the studio
​
- Adjustments based on wishes.
- Start of the consultation with the executing party and the factory.
​
- The final price is quoted.
The second deposit invoice of 50% is sent based on the final price.
​
- We start the official order and the planning for installation.
- During installation we will be on location during the start and installation completion.
​
After the full completion the final invoice based on the last 25% will be sent.
​
We don't rate a design fee within this service
The quotation concerns the full price to be paid, excl. KM and parking costs.
