Project Haarlem

The waitingroom is the invitation of this Botox clinic in Haarlem; it’s directly accessible and visible from a cozy, busy street in this charming city right outside of Amsterdam.

We aimed for interesting lines of sight from this big shopping window.

The black counter that contrasts the bright environment is the first thing that catches one’s eye. A sitting area and the beautiful.

The atmosphere of a botox clinic should be first of all clean and modern. The vintage stools with chrome tubing structure and white leather and the multiple shelves and showcases subtly hint towards the pharmaceutical industry.

Different wall finishes such as decorative plaster and tiles were used in the design.

Studio Innsaei took on the whole process, from design to realisation.

Rotterdam

A home with a view and not the least; from every side of this topfloor penthouse the beautiful harbour of Rotterdam is visible.

Sleek, seamless, modern, and hi-tech; this house breathes ultimate, effortless luxury. A warm beige color predominates the colorscheme, complementing the 140m2 appartment that bathes in daylight.

The majority of the furniture is custom-built and built-in to seamlessly match the style of the apartment.

A custom walk-in closet with elegantly curved cabinets was installed in the master-bedroom. We considered every detail equally important and used our extensive database of the finest materials to provide for this project. A custom parket flooring in funky shapes is definitely one of the highlights of the penthouse, along with multiple high-end closets spaces.

Project Boskoop

Rotterdam

For this project we've created a new spatial plan for the bathroom and toilet. Organic patterns, materials, colors and details create an environment that feels natural and uplifting.

Studio Innsaei

This special place is the heart and headquarters of Studio Innsaei. It's the studio, material library and place where we welcome our clients and business relations for meetings.

Most of the renovation was done by Michelle herself. She used this project to gain experience and insights in the job, and among other things she took on the challenge of installing electricity and tiling of the place. It left her with a deeply found respect for craftsmen in the construction industry.

Voorburg

For this project in the city of Voorburg we designed new floorplans for both bathrooms and created an open kitchen by tearing down a wall.
Also a huge door opening was designed for a slide door to open up and brighten up the place .We provided our clients with clear guidelines for all the materials in their space. Using light colors to decorate the walls and some extraordinary tiles to give this design the depth it needed.
For the styling we designed a beautiful dining table that perfectly matches the organic sofa. We've also put a very extraordinary lightning plan together and finished up the styling with some of Studio Innsaei's own art.

Den Haag

A whole new layout was created for this project, realized for a project-developer in the Hague who requested a design for a roof extension. We also provided the lightning plan and materials.

Den Haag 2101

This client requested a minimalistic design. A sober color-scheme was implemented. The tactility of the different tiles and the organic shape of the mirror still manage to create a sense of playfulness and depth to the design.

Den Haag

A wall was removed in the hallway to have more light enter te space, which made it possible to install a walk-in closet attached to this hallway.

The size of the bathroom was increased, and the room finished with large size tiles, marble and a custom vanity unit.
